This study analyzes community welfare indicators through a comparative assessment of Langsa City and Aceh Tamiang Regency from 2013 to 2022. The analysis focuses on three key variables: poverty level, educational attainment, and health outcomes. Secondary data were obtained from the Central Statistics Agency of both regions. A quantitative descriptive approach was employed, using a mean difference test to identify significant variations between the two regions. The findings indicate that poverty levels are significantly higher in Aceh Tamiang Regency than in Langsa City. Educational attainment, measured by school expectancy, is significantly higher in Langsa City. In contrast, no significant difference is observed in health outcomes, as measured by life expectancy. These results provide insights for policymakers to address regional disparities in community welfare indicators.
