This study examines the economic impact of Universitas Samudra on local businesses in Langsa City, Indonesia. Data were collected through questionnaires and direct interviews with entrepreneurs operating around the university. A qualitative approach with a descriptive method was employed, using simple random sampling to select participants. The findings reveal that the development of Universitas Samudra has a significant positive impact on local economic activities, particularly micro-enterprises, with a measurable level of significance. This study underscores the role of higher education institutions as catalysts for regional economic growth, emphasizing the importance of strategic development in university-community engagement.
