This study investigates the impact of population size, the Human Development Index (HDI), and the workforce on poverty in Aceh Tamiang Regency, Indonesia. Utilizing secondary data, this research employs multiple linear regression analysis to examine the relationships among these variables. The findings reveal that, partially, population size has a negative and significant effect on poverty, whereas both the HDI and the workforce have positive but insignificant effects. However, when analyzed simultaneously, population size, the HDI, and the workforce collectively exert a significant influence on poverty. These results highlight the need for integrated policy strategies to effectively reduce poverty by considering demographic and economic factors.
