All manuscripts will be reviewed using a double-blind system. In other words, author information is taken from reviewers and vice versa. The review procedure may take 4-10 ten weeks.

The reviewer may make the following recommendations:

• Revision required indicates that the submission needs minimal adjustments. This necessitates that the authors revise and resubmit the manuscript within a specified time frame.
• Resubmit indicates that the submission requires extensive revisions. Authors may resubmit the revised manuscript as a new submission.
• Accepted indicates that the manuscript can be published immediately.
• Rejected indicates that the manuscript is not eligible for publication in The Review of Economics and Financial Issues.
